Hermes Hotel - Athens

Our room had a spacious bed and an amazing view👍🙂

The location is a huge plus, situated just minutes from vibrant shops and restaurants, while the clean, comfortable room came with a lovely small balcony offering a view of the city. Breakfast offered a good selection, though some items didn't suit my taste. Providing helpful information right from check-in. The rooftop garden provided a limited view of the Acropolis, a nice touch during the evenings.

the staff from start to finish were incredibly kind. our rooms were modernly furnished and neat with a big balcony and good beds and all the wooden furniture.

The hotel is exceptionally comfortable and stunningly beautiful with very pleasant staff at the reception desk. The venue has great location in the Plaka district within easy walking distance of the Acropolis. There's Indian Haveli located feet from the venue, recommend to try food there.

The Complimentary wine was excellent as we enjoyed our balcony. The rooms were clean and the lady at the desk was friendly.

Staff very helpful, asking what we had planned each day and offered advice if requested. Complimentary tea and coffee available in lounge area all day. Free wifi throughout hotel. Rooms serviced daily and everything in room in good working order. Bar fridge in room.Breakfast plentiful and good variety. Area quiet and close to all attractions. We walked everywhere. Bus to airport 200 mt. We did get a special deal through Booked.net and felt we got 4 star treatment for what we spent

The staff were superb. We were in Athens on the day of a major strike/protest demonstration. The guest relations person who is available in the breakfast room every morning, helped guests plan their day so as to avoid any problems. Rooms were very clean with adequate space. Tea and coffee is available in the lobby all day. Breakfast is plentiful with good choices. Front desk people were kind and helpful.

The hotel doesn't have a rooftop view of the Acropolis, but their sister hotel, the Plaka, does and one can access their rooftop and bar. Perhaps because they don't have this facility, the hotel tries harder in other ways.

Couldn't recommend more for a brief stop-in

Friendly staff, modern accommodations, offering excellent breakfast options that were always plentiful, made our quick stay enjoyable and hassle-free, especially with the convenient location just two blocks from the metro station.

The friendly and helpful staff! During breakfast, Dorin (manager) introduced herself and provided suggestions/helpful tips. It was very nice and accommodating.

The beds were rather hard, and therefore uncomfortable. It was ok for my 2 night stay. Longer stay would have been tougher.
